Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support team, and we will process the cancellation for you. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Definitions & Interpretation: Refer to Schedule 1 for definitions and interpretation.
  • Purchase of Products: Conformity: You agree to comply with all policies, notices, and operational rules related to product purchases. MWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC  reserves the right to revise these policies at any time. Billing & Registration: Your information provided must be complete & accurate. Sending inaccurate, incomplete, or false information violates our Terms of Service. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the requested item, product, and/or service.
  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed using the Order form on the Platform or any other mode available on Amwaj  website  like Chatbot, WhatsApp, Request For Quotation or Customer Care Call. Accuracy of the Order is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order Processing:  AMWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC reserves the right to refuse and terminate your account if your conduct violates applicable law, or if AMWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC determines that these Terms are harmful to Amwaj’s interests, or for any other reason. There is no limit, but there is a minimum quantity for some items to purchase for each individual, account, household, or order, set in our sole discretion, and reject or cancel the order. These restrictions may apply to the same account, credit card, billing address, and shipping address.

 

  • Order Cancellation: All orders submitted through the Platform are considered irrevocable and unconditional. AMWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC  has the right to process such orders without further consent and further reference or notice to you. Have (not obligatory). You can request cancellations or changes to your order and AMWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC will respond with commercially reasonable efforts. However, notwithstanding the above, AMWAJ ALMSELA BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TRADING CO.LLC undertakes no obligation to respect any request for cancellation or modification of an order.
  • In-store Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their orders from the Amwaj store. Prices may vary between online and in-store purchases.
  • Payment & Charges: You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable VAT.
  • Governing Law: Any dispute or claim shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

6. General Policies

  • and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED ,Euro & USD  will be accepted for payment
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE ,
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
